Work on your consultations. Improve the client journey. Make rebooking easy. Create clear policies. Follow up. Educate your clients. Give them an experience worth talking about.
Visibility can introduce someone to your business.
Trust gets them into your chair.
Experience gives them a reason to return.
And reputation gives them a reason to tell someone else.
You do not need everyone to know your name.
You need the right people to remember it.
