Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped out the same day. Once order has been fulfilled an email with a UPS tracking number will be provided. All packages above $100 will require a signature on delivery. please email us at sales@lashartisan.com if you wish to have the package left at the door without a signature.
UPS can be fast and reliable 99% of the time, however; there is that 1% that packages do not get there when it says it will get there. As well due to circumstances sometimes a package could get lost. We understand the frustration. It is also out of our hands when it leaves our warehouse. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue, but please contact UPS first and provide the tracking number provided so that can first find out what has happened to the package.
We will always double check and ensure all products packaged prior to shipment are in excellent and working condition. All packages are packed to ensure it will safely get to you without damage. If you do receive the product and something is wrong with it, please make sure to contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue with you.
