About Lash Artisan

Built Behind the Chair. Created for the Artist.

Lash Artisan was created by lash artist and studio owner Michelle Bong after years of working behind the chair, building a team, serving clients and learning what artists actually need to create their best work and build a business that supports their life.

For more than 15 years, our work has lived inside the treatment room. The products we carry, the techniques we teach and the systems we share come from real studio experience, not theory alone.

We believe being a great lash artist is about more than creating beautiful lashes. It is about understanding why you are doing what you are doing, feeling confident in your decisions, creating an experience your clients want to return to and building a business that gives you room to live your own best lash life.

That is why Lash Artisan is evolving beyond being simply a product company. We are building a place where professional products, education, business mentorship and community work together.

Our products are chosen and developed around the flow of the artist. We look at what happens during a real appointment, where artists lose time, where inconsistencies happen and what can make the service feel easier and more intentional. Products are tested through our Toronto studio with the same expectation we have for anything we use on our own clients.

We want artists to understand the science, technique and decision making behind their services. Instead of telling you there is only one correct way to work, we help you understand the why so you can make better decisions for the client in front of you.
